In 2020, our longest standing govenor, Richard Toon donated £3000 and the SACZA award to school with the following stipulation:
The SACZA is to be awarded annually until 2050. There is a trophy and an annual prize of £100. The award is open for anyone or any group involved with the school - children, parents, school staff or governors. The award is to be made for any good, practical idea to help the school to become a “zero carbon emitter” by 2050 or to improve the school’s “sustainability”.
